Updated: 6 days ago

In this video, perinatal therapist, Sophie Burch reminds us how we need to look after and prioritise our mental health, just like we do our physical health, especially as parents.

Sophie shares tips for how we can start to build a habit of mental wellbeing, even as busy parents and even in the fog of caring for a new baby, by considering our non-negotiables and our '5 a day for PMH'.

Sophie Burch (a.k.a. The Mamma Coach) is mother of 4 boys (including twins), a Hypno-CBT Therapist, Hypnobirthing Teacher and Aromatherapist.
