Sara Campin (Founder)

Sara is a mum of two, a personal development coach and strategy consultant. She is a passionate advocate of all things that nourish the mind. She believes we all have the potential to achieve our personal and professional ambitions and find greater harmony and balance in our busy lives.

Suzy Reading

Suzy is a mother of two, a Chartered Psychologist, Yoga Teacher, Best Selling Author and Wellbeing Coach. She specialises in maternal well-being, helping mums manage their emotions, energetic bank balance and the unique stresses of motherhood. Suzy is a contributing editor for Psychologies Magazine and the Psychology Expert for well-being brand Neom Organics.

Dr Rebecca Moore

A consultant perinatal psychiatrist with expertise in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and psychosis in the perinatal period and has a special interest in Birth Trauma and PTS after birth. For pregnant mothers, she is experienced in prescribing in pregnancy and breastfeeding and preconception counselling. Rebecca lectures at the IOP, chair an annual study forum on Birth Trauma and teaches in a wide variety of settings.

Emma Svanberg

Emma is a mother of 2, a perinatal clinical psychologist, a hypnobirthing teacher and #makebirthbetter campaigner. Emma’s passion is supporting mums and dads through the transition into parenthood – from pregnancy and birth, up to the challenges of the toddler years. She believes that if we give this time in our lives the attention that it deserves, it can be a transformational time of growth and change.

Anya Hayes

Anya is mum to two boys, a wellness writer/editor/author and a Pilates teacher specialising in pregnancy and postnatal. She's passionate about dispelling the Supermum myth. For her, life is all about balance and awareness – reality, not perfection. She is a big believer in the deep connection between body & mind and the importance of movement for mental well-being. She's also a campaigner for post-natal pelvic health.

Olivia Horne

Olivia is a Happiness Coach, Meditation Mentor and Relax Kids Coach, working with mums to bring more calm, confidence and compassion to the everyday chaos of family life. She has a degree in Psychology, is a Master NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master and it was her own journey into motherhood that turned her passion to helping other mums find greater happiness in their lives.

Jo Kaye

Jo specialises in teaching mindfulness meditation for parents, providing them with the skills needed to enjoy the ‘here and now’ and to begin to live a more fulfilled, balanced and joyful life. On becoming a mum herself, she quickly realised how important the practice of mindfulness is in parenting. Not only to support our children with the increasing demands of 21st-century living, but also so we can be the best versions of ourselves for those around us.

Elizabeth Davies

Elizabeth is a pre/postnatal personal trainer & postnatal doula. She's passionate about empowering women to prepare for and adapt to the world of motherhood. She's also a strong advocate for the importance of proper post-natal physical recovery and campaigner for post-natal pelvic health.

Catherine Marshall

General Practitioner

Catherine is a London based GP with a special interest in all aspects of women's health throughout the stages of life, including women's mental health, maternal mental health and well being and postnatal depression.

Kristy Coleman

Kristy is a registered and qualified nutritional therapist with a focus on using the latest evidence-based nutrition advice to support women and their families. Kristy has a special interest in mums' nutrition during pregnancy and beyond, including infants and children.  Kristy runs a clinic for consultations in South London and provides  workshops on antenatal and postnatal health and infant nutrition.

Michaela Thomas

Michaela is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and couples therapist, currently writing a book on couples and compassion. She is the mum of a toddler with severe allergies and uses her own challenging journey into motherhood as a point of empathy and compassion for the parents she helps. Michaela specialises in perfectionism, anxiety and depression, and feels that the most important thing in parenting is to parent the child we have, not the child we wish we had.

Nikki Wilson

Nikki is the founder of 10 of zen – a social business providing mindfulness tools and training to mums so they can stress less and love more. Previously the CEO of a national charity, she loves to motivate others to achieve meaningful change. She’s a mum of two boys and swears by the power of mindfulness for coping with the juggles and struggles of mum life.

Sara Johnson

Sara is a Yoga Nidra Teacher, Mindful Meditation Teacher and Reiki Therapist. She is a huge advocate of constructive rest and its crucial role for survival in this modern age.  She is passionate about sharing relaxing, healing and meditative practices that help calm both the body and mind.  As a mum of 3, Sara understands the importance of being well rested and shares Yoga Nidra as a transformative opportunity for parents to replenish and restore depleted energy stores.

Libby Stevenson

Libby is a mum of 4 and a certified pregnancy, post natal and children’s yoga teacher. She is Yoga Alliance registered and is also a contributor of the Kensington Mums website.
Libby is passionate about not only teaching the many benefits of yoga in pregnancy and post-natally, but also importantly creating a community of mums who can offer support and advise to each other as they journey through this transformative stage together.

Izzy Anderson

Izzy is a mum of 4, Wellness Coach and essential oil professional. She believes that there is no separation between mind, body and spirit and is an advocate of focusing on our emotional health when embarking on a journey of wellness. Izzy is passionate about empowering mums with essential oil education, helping them to add more vibrancy to their lives. She believes that it is our job as parents to nurture and care for our children – mind, body, and soul. Izzy runs workshops across the country focusing on natural healthcare, managing emotions and women’s circles.

Tara Scott

Tara is a mother of 2, a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist and ‘mummy mot’ practitioner. She is passionate about helping mums recover post-natally from issues such as incontinence, pelvic floor issues, back and pelvic pain in order for them to achieve their best physical and mental wellbeing. She has worked in the NHS for over 12 years and now has her own private physiotherapy clinic in South West London.

Sophie Burch

Sophie is mother of 4 boys (including twins), a Hypno-CBT Therapist, Hypnobirthing Teacher and Aromatherapist. She volunteers for the Positive Birth Movement and is an Ambassador for Make Birth Better. Sophie’s mission is to help pregnant couples and parents lower their anxiety and stress levels, building resilience to the constant challenges during this delicate, transformational time. Sophie uses Hypnosis, Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques to ensure her clients think and feel more positively and enjoy their experience, increasing confidence, more intuitive reactions and a calmer persona. She is passionate at convincing people they can achieve what they set out to do through commitment, practice, belief and motivation.

Hannah Abrahams

Hannah is a mother of 3 and an Educational and Child Psychologist.  Hannah works in a supportive, holistic, therapeutic and consultative way to support children and families. She has a particular interest in working with children and families who are experiences times of transition and also those with special educational needs. She specialises in supporting children to reach their potential in their social, emotional and cognitive journey and this will often mean working very closely with families. Hannah also works with families who have experienced loss and trauma. She lectures regularly on children's development in a wide variety of settings and has a particular interest in supporting child and parent relationships.
