Author, Pilates & Mindfulness Coach

Anya is mum to two boys, a wellness writer/editor/author and a Pilates teacher specialising in pregnancy and postnatal. She's passionate about dispelling the Supermum myth. For her, life is all about balance and awareness – reality, not perfection. She is a big believer in the deep connection between body & mind and the importance of movement for mental well-being. She's also a campaigner for post-natal pelvic health.

Anya has also written and co-written several books including these four to support mothers' wellbeing.
