About the event
A poll carried out by Savanta ComRes earlier this year found that 45% of parents feel burned out, while a study by Oxford university found levels of stress, anxiety and depression rose in parents and carers during the pandemic lockdowns.
- Has exhaustion and overwhelm among working parents become the new norm?
- Are we seeing an exodus of highly-valuable working parents, and mothers in particular?
- What is the opportunity for organisations to create a workplace culture that supports parents?
This roundtable will be lead by expert in parental mental wellbeing, Sara Campin, founder of Nourish.
There are a limited number of places, so book your place now.
About Sara Campin
After 13 years as a strategy consultant for the life-sciences industry, Sara founded Nourish after the impact self-care had on her and family’s wellbeing.
"I hit burn out with work and mothering. I was irritable, shouty and stressed a lot of the time. I was consumed by feelings of guilt and failure, and a feeling that I was completely alone in my struggles. I was a long way from the mum I wanted to be, but I knew there had to be a different way. So I set out on my mission to find more balance and joy in motherhood, and that was the beginning of my journey with self-care".
The Nourish App helps thousands of parents every month develop self-care habits and safeguard their mental wellbeing.
